I've been a dietitian for over 3+ years (since 2018). To date, I've seen hundreds of clients with different goals, needs and medical conditions. I absolutely LOVE what I do! However, I have a personal interest in women's health and fertility! And this is why I became a certified fertility and prenatal dietitian!
How did I end up here? Well, what really struck me was this - the role of nutrition and genetic programming! Did you know that nutrition can improve fertility AND can positively improve the health of your future child including preventing allergies and chronic diseases?
I was completely mind blown! THIS was where I could make a difference. The health of a child does not only include what they eat and do when they have entered the world, research has shown that the parent's lifestyle before conception can have an impact too!
